| Warm Melfor
dandelion salad :
Ingredients for 4
400 / 500 g dandelions
200 g cubes of bacon
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of flour
half a glass of Melfor vinegar
10 cl of fresh single cream
Boil the eggs for 8 mins
Wash the dandelions and slice the eggs over them.
Brown the bacon cubes with a tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle with a spoonful
of flour and stir.
Pour in the vinegar, cook for 1 min until the mixture thickens, then add
the fresh cream. Salt lightly. Pour the warm sauce onto the salad.
Traditionally served with sautéed potatoes. |
